We have a nationwide team of service engineers on the road for commissioning, servicing and emergency breakdown assist of units we supply. We strongly advise service your system one a year to keep the warranty in check and get the most out of your system.

Please fill out all details and submit to our service department. We will then contact you by phone after the form has been submitted to arrange a time and day that best suits you. Parts will be covered if heat pump and HRV system are within warranty.

Please note we only service systems that we supply.
